How to Order On-line
On-line is easy! Here's how to get started:

SHOPPING From any area within the site, you can use the "Search" feature located at the top of the screen to go to any category or item. You can also search for specific items using the "Search" feature.
PLEASE NOTE: If your search does not result in finding the item you want, please try the search again using a slightly different or related term. Sometimes it takes more than one try. Chances are we've got just what you want�and much more! You can browse through any of our categories by clicking on the buttons on the left. Click on a product name or photo to view a detailed product description, which contains all the information you need to order. When you have found the item you want, add it to your shopping basket by entering the desired quantity and clicking on "Add to Basket." (Return to top)

When you select a product, your order summary will automatically display, allowing you to edit or delete items in the Basket or cancel your entire order. You can begin the checkout process, or you can continue shopping. Each time you select a new item, the summary will display again, so you always know exactly what's in your Shopping Basket. Finally, you can view your order at any time, from anywhere on the site, by clicking on the "VIEW CART" at the top of the page.

When you're ready to place your order, click "Continue Checkout," which will bring you to the Billing and Shipping page (please note that Macro Solutions LLC maintains a $15 per order minumum purchase policy - if your order does not total at least $15 you will not be able to proceed beyond this point). You will be asked for a billing and a shipping address, credit card information, and delivery instructions. Complete all required information and follow the onscreen prompts through the order process, remembering to click "Continue Checkout" at the bottom of each page after you fill in the requested information.

Although ordering On-line at toner-ink.com is completely secure, some people still prefer to order by phone. If you'd like to place your order by Phone, please call 1-800-537-5432 toll-free , and our knowledgeable customer service representatives will be happy to help you. To assist us with your order by phone, please ensure that you add the items to your shopping basket and then give the information from your shopping basket to the representative. At the end of the checkout process, you will see a confirmation page that lists all items, recipients, shipping methods, and subtotals and totals. You'll also be given a confirmation number onscreen as your order is routed to the ordering processing center. An E-mail confirmation will be sent to you within 24 hours. Your order will then be shipped, by the method you specified, to the address you specified.

Shopping at toner-ink.com is safe! All online transactions at Yahoo! are handled with industry-standard SSL encryption. When you enter your credit card number into a Yahoo! order form, it is transmitted across the Internet in an encrypted (scrambled) form, then decoded when it gets to us. For added security, we also encrypt the credit card number when it is stored on disk and when we forward it to the merchant. If you are not the kind of person who worries about being hit by lightning as you're crossing the street, you probably don't have to worry that your credit card number will be intercepted on the way to a secure Web site. Shipping Information:
Your order will usually ship no later than the next business day. Most orders ship same day. If there is a delay for any reason we will call or e-mail you immediately. We generally ship via United Parcel Service. Shipping is available Monday - Friday. Please note, UPS does not deliver to PO boxes, so we need a street address, or if using a rural route number, a complete address and the nearest crossroad. Also, we reserve the right to change the method of shipping on your order without notice. In the event that an expedited shipping method is selected, Macro Solutions LLC reserves the right to ship the order via any shipping method available and/or necessary to allow the package to arrive within the time parameters of the selected service. SHIPPING AND HANDLING CHARGES:
FREE GROUND SHIPPING is available to anywhere in the Contiguous United States for orders of $55 or more for anything we sell except Business machines. For shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or other U.S. Territories, or for expedited shipping, we charge an additional fee. We recommend insuring Priority Mail shipments to these areas. Insurance costs are not included in the shipping calculations on our web site. We will contact you with the insurance cost before your order is processed. Because your shipping charges vary based on the weight of the items you order and your zip code you must add the items you wish to purchase to your shopping cart and proceed to checkout to find out what your shipping charges will be. Return Policy:
Your Satisfaction Is 100% Guaranteed. Return your merchandise within 30 days for a full refund or exchange if you are dissatisfied with the performance of our product. Please keep the original packaging and accessories to return with the item.

In the event that you have ordered the wrong product or no longer need it, return the product within 30 days for an 85% refund to your credit card.
