Compatible toner cartridges and drums are guaranteed to be free from defects in both material and workmanship from the original date of purchase for a period of one year or until the toner or is depleted, which ever occurs first. Compatible ink cartridges are guaranteed to be free from defects in both material and workmanship from the original date of purchase for a period of six months or until the ink is depleted, which ever occurs first. Compatible fusers and maintenance kits are guaranteed to be free from defects in both material and workmanship from the original date of purchase for a period of 180 days.

All cartridges are quality tested during the manufacturing process. Additionally they are post-tested once assembly is completed.

The recommended replacement interval varies between machines. Generally you should install a new maintenance kit or fuser every 100,000 to 200,000 pages. Most pages on our web site for a specific maintenance kit and fuser will show the recommend replacement interval. If the recommended interval is not shown, please call us at 800-537-5432. Each maintenance kit and fuser comes with instructions for installation. Most maintenance kits and fusers are not difficult to install. Installation usually takes between 1-2 hours to complete. Standard tools may be required such as a phillips head screw driver.

If you order a "with Exchange" maintenance kit or fuser we immediately send you the part that you requested. You then have 30 days to return your spent fuser (core return instructions will be provided). If your fuser core does not arrive within 30 days, you will charged a non-refundable core charge.
