Compatible ink cartridges are guaranteed to be free from defects in both material and workmanship from the original date of purchase for a period of six months or until the ink is depleted, which ever occurs first. Compatible fusers and maintenance kits are guaranteed to be free from defects in both material and workmanship from the original date of purchase for a period of 180 days.

All cartridges are quality tested during the manufacturing process. Additionally they are post-tested once assembly is completed.

The recommended replacement interval varies between machines. Generally you should install a new maintenance kit or fuser every 100,000 to 200,000 pages.
